Knox Pride Food Pantry System

Knox Pride has three pantry locations total with goods and necessities for the community.

One location is at the Knox Pride Center at 4044A Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920 and one location is at South Press Coffee Shop at 3615 Chapman Hwy, Knoxville, TN 37920.

In addition to these two locations, we offer a free fridge that is located just outside the Pride Center next to the Sam Duff Park restrooms that is available 24/7.




If you would like to donate, you can do so at any location at the listed hours OR you can order from our Amazon wish list.

Here are some of our current needs:

  • Multi-pack chips

  • Crackers

  • Granola bars

  • Pop Tarts

  • Mixed Nuts

  • Fruit Cups

  • Cereal




Knox Pride Center Locations

Items can be picked up or dropped off at either pantry location. Community members are encouraged to leave any leftovers or extra food in either location.

Indoor Pantry

The pantry located inside the Knox Pride Center is open Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00AM - 4:00PM.

We partner with Second Harvest on some food items at this location currently.

 

Community Fridge Pantry

The Community Fridge featured outside the Knox Pride Center is open 24/7 and located by the Sam Duff Memorial Park bathrooms.



Community Garden

We have a community garden by the Knox Pride Center building with fresh, seasonal produce that are available to be taken year-round as well. This garden is a collaboration with Beardsley Community Farm.



We are a low barrier organization, we are not faith based. If you’re hungry you’re hungry, please stop by!


South Press Coffee Shop Satellite Pantry

The pantry at South Press Coffee Shop is open the same hours that South Press is open: Tuesday through Saturday 8 AM-6 PM. South Press is closed on Sunday and Monday (subject to change, check their social media pages for the most accurate updated information).

Personal Care Pantry Locations

Knox Pride has two pantry locations with personal care items:

  • The Knox Pride Center - Indoor Pantry

  • South Press Coffee Shop Satellite Pantry
