+ What is Knox Pride?
Knox Pride, formally known as the East Tennessee Equality Council, is a 501(c)3 non-profit that manages educational and cultural programs regarding the LGBTQ+ community in East Tennessee. We are prominently known for small events and annual pride festivals — as we grow, we hope to enact our mission and broaden our scope of influence and involvement.
+ Where does my money go when I donate?
When you donate to Knox Pride, we distribute resources to a few places: firstly, to our community and outreach center in South Knoxville. Then to all of our other awesome operations like fundraisers, events, and distributing funds to community groups and individuals in need.
+ Does Knox Pride host events?
Knox Pride historically hosts events like ArtOut, a silent art auction, and Next-2-Nothing, an underwear fashion show. Moreover, we host an annual pride festival.

+ What is the community outreach center?
The community and outreach center is an opportunity for Knox Pride to have face-to-face interactions with community members, while hosting a number of services and resources to those who need it — including a food pantry, clothing closet, connective services, guest speakers, meeting space for groups, and another comfortable place for people to hang out.
+ What resources can I use to combat bullying in my school?
