Terms and Conditions
Below are the terms and conditions for submitting donations to Knox Pride’s Art Out in the City (Art Out). Please read them carefully.
Submissions received after the posted deadline will not be considered.
Wall art must be display and hang-ready. Submissions must either be framed, matted, or on canvas.
Knox Pride values diversity and respect for others, and we strive to avoid offending users, so we reserve the right to turn down submissions to Art Out that could be deemed as offensive. This includes content that is shocking or promotes hatred, intolerance, discrimination, or violence. We do not want to limit our artists or their creativity, but also want them to be aware that all submissions will be reviewed before determining if they will be included in our auction.
If a piece is in question, it will be reviewed by our Executive Board Members and voted on to determine if it is appropriate to Art Out and Knox Pride’s mission of inclusion. The artist or donor will be will be notified if the piece is not accepted with a brief description of the reason(s) for the rejection.
Use of 32Auctions.com
Knox Pride will be utilizing the online auction website provided by 32 Auctions LLC (32auctions.com) for the silent auction portion of Art Out. If your donation is selected for the silent auction, a photo of your artwork, business logo, or other appropriate photo for the donation will be displayed on the website.
